I have worked in the independent Film and Television sector since 1983. Until 1993 I worked with John McGrath at Freeway Films, a company that specialised in feature films and TV drama (The Dressmaker, Carrington, Ma Vie En Rose) but also produced documentaries and performance-based programmes. During that time I covered the full range of project management, development and the commissioning process (Channel Four, British Screen, BBC, Polygram). I began production managing in 1990 having previously worked as a Co-ordinator on over 20 hours of drama. I have been freelance since 1993.
