Currently studying a BA(Hons) at Edinburgh College of Art in Film/TV. Completed an HND in TV Production at Telford College, winning the Audience Award for my final documentary at my Filmhouse Graduate Show. I have full UK driver license although no car. Worked on Must be the Music for Sky1 and on various children's TV ads for Greenroom Films as a runner. Qualified First Aider. Directed and edited numerous student films of my own and worked on many others for 3 years. Also spent time as an industry delegate in Edinburgh Film Festival. I'm Emalie. I'm bright, reliable, hard-working and enthusiastic. I am studying English Literature and Events Management at Stevenson College Edinburgh and would like to bulk out my experience by working on a local production. I recently worked with 'The Awakening' film as a runner/assistant to the 2nd AD. I have also worked with the Edinburgh Art Festival, organising a youth event and I learnt plenty of skills during this time that I feel makes me an excellent and capable runner in any production. I have some experience using Final Cut Pro to make rough-cut edits for editors at Teviot Creative as well as logging footage, as well as experience uploading and tagging using Final Cut Server. I am a student of Film & TV Foundation Degree at Stevenson College, Edinburgh and I am going to continue my studies at University. I have had small experiences as a runner when I lived in London and I am currently involved in college projects. I work very hard and I wish to prove it in order to achieve professional film related experiences :) I can drive, I am organised and capable of understanding eastern languages and some Spanish.
