Gaddgedlar is one of Scotland's leading Re-enactment and Living History Societies and is widely regarded as one the most authentic Medieval groups in Scotland. Although principally a 14th Century group, we have diversified in recent years and are now capable of putting on displays of life in the 15th and 16th Centuries having delivered large shows depicting the armies and court of James the III, IV and V as well as the turbulent times of the Rough Wooing during the reign of the young Queen Mary.
