The theatre can be hired for filming and rehearsals. Our technical and staging facilities are also available for hire. See website for details.

Open 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday 10.30pm -5.30pm Saturdays.

Rehearsal spaces and meeting rooms. Pleasant and elegant rooms, in the heart of the Old City very close to the castle, at modest rates. Not Sundays. Fair-trade refreshments.

Designed by William Playfair in 1826, the centre has an auditorium ideal for theatre in the round (seating up to 500). The theatre space below seats 250. Other rooms may also be available for rehearsal.
